Thank Your Rekni!

Ever since Ashley was 3 months old, Rekni has taken care of her while Mom was at work! Well Rekni has decided to leave wiping noses and booties behind her and enter the outside working world. She will be working at Oregon Medical Group while she finishes her degree!


Ashley and I will miss Rekni a lot! She really became a second mom to her and helped me through a lot of first time parenting issues!


Thank you Rekni! Ashley loves you and she will miss you!

Lions, Tigers, and Bears! Oh My!

On Sunday, Ashley and I went to Wildlife Safari to see all the animals.

Her favorite animal was the "Raffe" or Giraffe as we all know it as




We also got to see two bears wrestling in the water!

She had a great time!

It's been a while!

So a friend of mine made me realize today that is has been a while since I posted to my blog, so I thought I would post a few pics of Ashley for your enjoyment. I will try to be more regular at posting!

Ashley isn't two until Monday, but that didn't stop us from having a fun party today! She had all her friends over for a backyard bash! Check out the pictures!

The Best Birthday Present of All

Today was my birthday and I can't imagine a better birthday present than my daughter Ashley.

Going to the Ballet

Mommy took Ashley to the Ballet! As you can see, she is looking like a star and ready to go!



She had a great time! We went with Rekni and Emily! She loved the ballet and actually sat through most of it. After 3 acts, Ashely got a little antsy!

Ashley's social calendar was quite full this weekend. After her trip to Portland, she had a fun BBQ scheduled with her Birth to Three friends.
